What services are NOT covered in your Money Back Guarantee?

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, pop accounts, sub-accounts, Domain Parking accounts, etc. It also does not apply to VPS accounts or dedicated servers, or any fees associated with these services. Domain name registrations and renewals already paid over to the appropriate registrar are not refundable, in accordance with ICANN policies.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by DigiServ™ for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy or Service Policies do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, warez, you will not be given any refund.

How it works

To claim on this guarantee you must notify us that our wish to cancel your account within the first 30 days following activation. Any feedback is highly appreciated is used to improve and provide the highest quality service possible for our present and future customers. To receive a full refund, please complete the cancellation request found in your client area . All cancellations must be received in writing or through the above cancellation form as per the deadline indicated; e-mail notifications are acceptable. Phone and fax requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
